• Authorization: By connecting your Google accounts, you grant Blickr.ai a limited, non-exclusive right to access and view your data for the purpose of generating reports.
• No Modification: You acknowledge that Blickr.ai has read-only access. We cannot execute changes (e.g., pausing ads, changing bids) on your behalf within the Service. You are responsible for taking any actions based on our insights directly in your marketing platforms.

4. AI Disclaimers & Accuracy

• Nature of AI: The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can occasionally generate incorrect interpretations (“hallucinations”) or omit context.
• No Guarantee of Results: The “action steps,” “fixes,” and marketing strategies suggested by Blickr are recommendations based on historical data. We do not guarantee that implementing these suggestions will result in increased traffic, revenue, or specific ROI.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying any data or advice provided by the AI before making financial or strategic marketing decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you import from Google services.
• Our IP: Blickr.ai, its algorithms, dashboard design, and software code are the property of Blickr.ai.
• Reports: You are granted a license to use, download, and share the reports and insights generated by the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blickr.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or ad spend resulting from:

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, including attempting to reverse-engineer our AI or abuse the API connections.
