We collect information strictly to provide you with automated marketing analysis and insights.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and company details used for dashboard creation.
• Google User Data: Via Google APIs, we access specific metrics including:
  • Google Analytics 4 & YouTube Analytics: Traffic sources, user behavior, and engagement metrics (Read-only).
  • Search Console: Queries, impressions, and click-through rates (Read-only).
  • Google Ads: Campaign performance and spend data. (Note: We request management access to allow for campaign adjustments within the dashboard).
• Usage Data: Metadata on interactions with our AI chat to improve service accuracy.

3. How We Use and Share Your Data

We use your data for the sole purpose of acting as your AI-powered marketing analyst. We do not sell your personal data or Google user data to third parties.

With whom we share your data: To provide our service, we share data with a limited number of trusted service providers:

• Cloud Infrastructure: We use Google Cloud Platform for secure data hosting and processing.
• AI Analysis: Data is processed via OpenAI APIs to generate marketing insights. These third parties are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing these specific services to us and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by legal process or enforceable governmental request.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

Blickr.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Limited Access: We request the minimum permissions necessary. While Analytics access is read-only, we utilize Google Ads management scopes solely to enable user-initiated campaign adjustments.
• No Training on User Data: We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI models.
• Human Review: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for a specific support case.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
• Isolation: Your data is isolated and only accessible via your private dashboard.

6. Your Data Control

You retain full ownership of your data.

• Revocation: You may revoke access at any time via Google Security settings.
