We collect information strictly to provide you with automated marketing analysis and insights.

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company details to create your private dashboard.
• Google User Data (Read-Only): Via Google APIs, we access specific metrics including:
  • Google Analytics 4: Traffic sources, user behavior, conversion events, and engagement metrics.
  • Google Ads: Campaign performance, ad spend, clicks, impressions, and cost-per-acquisition data.
  • Search Console: Search queries, impressions, and click-through rates.
• Usage Data: We collect metadata on how you interact with our AI chat interface and reports to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the sole purpose of acting as your AI-powered marketing analyst. Specifically:

• Populating Dashboards: To display your marketing performance in a private, consolidated view.
• AI Analysis & Reporting: Our AI algorithms analyze your read-only metrics to generate custom strategy reports, identify “action steps,” and answer chat-based queries about your performance.
• Service Improvement: To refine the accuracy of our AI insights.

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data to third parties.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

Blickr.ai’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Read-Only Access: We strictly request read-only scopes. We do not and cannot modify, delete, or create data within your actual Google Analytics or Google Ads accounts.
• Data Minimization: We only request the specific data fields required to generate the insights you see in your dashboard.
• No Humans Read Your Data: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific support cases.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Private Dashboard: Your data is downloaded securely to populate your specific user view. It is isolated from other users.
• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (via SSL/TLS) and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• AI Processing: Data sent to our AI models for analysis is anonymized where possible and is not used to train public third-party AI models in a way that exposes your proprietary metrics.

6. Your Data Control

You retain full ownership of your marketing data.

• Disconnect: You may revoke Blickr’s access to your Google accounts at any time via your Google Security settings or within the Blickr settings panel.
